I had a wonderful experience at this resort. Tim's helpfulness stood out, as he was always ready to assist with any requests I had. The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable, making my stay that much more enjoyable. I really enjoyed the bathroom facilities, especially the great shower. However, I did experience a minor issue with a dirty refrigerator filter, though the owner was understanding and addressed my concerns promptly, which I appreciated. Kids loved the games available in the room too, adding to the fun.
